National Consumer Credit Protection Act Awareness
$50.00 (Incl. GST)
The National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (National Credit Act) governs how organisations provide credit and credit assistance to their consumers. All individuals who engage in credit activities are required to understand and apply this Act to their day-to-day work and therefore it is essential for them to understand it.
This course has been developed to give learners an overview of their main obligations under the National Credit Act. In particular, it will look at the responsible lending obligations that credit licensees and their representatives have towards their consumers.
