To ensure that procurement extracts the maximum benefit for the organisation and aligns with the overall business strategy, managers and financial decision makers need to have a comprehensive understanding of procurement.
This course has therefore been developed to increase the awareness and applied understanding of managers and / or decision makers who are responsible for the procurement process in their workplace.
